Rules and Procedure for Product Sheets

Get started by creating a product sheet or updating an existing one and take advantage of our advertising channels and new menu functionality.

We would like to inform you that our procedure for submitting software product sheets have been simplified with an automated workflow. This will ease your pain when adding new software features or creating whole new product sheets. We have granted you authoring rights and you are the author of your product sheet and may update its content at anytime.

Publishing your product sheet can be done in less than two hours. Our outdated traditional process required the exchange of source content via email, including files, images in the suitable format. An authoring expert had to layout the content for you. Now we have setup an automated template and separated content from formatting so you just concentrate on filling the sections from our product sheet template. With this new approach reviews and turnaround times have been reduced to the strict minimum allowing us to approve your product sheet in less than one day.

B. Check out the Technology menu options:

- You create a new software product sheet

• Edit my Product Sheet (http://exornogilt.com/technology-menu/edit-my-product-sheet)

- Shows the list of your product sheet(s) and article(s) that you can edit.

• Search Products: (http://exornogilt.com/technology-menu/search-products)

- You can search amongst all published product sheets

C. Published Product Sheet and Advertising

• One product category: Each product sheet gets published in one product category. Choose the most convenient one for your product.

• Advertised mini box: Each product sheet, once approved gets an advertising space (mini box) and appears on our home page for an agreed time period.

• Newsletter: Each mini box appears at least once in our newsletter to our 15000 subscribers where we feature your product.

D. Avoid SPAM

• ExornoGILT reserves the right to remove any product sheet that is incomplete or contains inappropriate information.

E. Rules when submitting product sheets:

1. Produce one product sheet per software product and store it in one product category.
2. Read the meaning of each content field and check maximum allowed length for each field.
3. itle: Give a meaningful title to your product sheet.
4. Product Summary: Write an updated summary including your key features.
5. Product Features: Detail all relevant features.
6. Include a company logo.
7. Include a product logo.
8. Image box: Choose whether you submit a 2D/3D image box or whether you leave us to produce one. We recommend to have a box image available. We use product these images to advertise your software to our subscribers.
9. Include screenshots.
10. Include system requirements.
11. Include training resources.
12. Include support and updating conditions.
13. Opt to allow demo request.
14. Opt to allow trial request.
15. Include standard pricing information, if suitable. Please consider one price tag per product sheet. We do understand that some enterprise solutions do not have standard prices and therefore it is not suitable to submit price information.
16. Discounts: We offer to our members and our 15000 news subscribers the possibility to purchase products directly from you by using discount codes agreed between you and ExornoGILT. Please indicate in your product sheet if you wish to offer discounts on your products. Discount codes are unique codes between you and ExornoGILT.
