- A non-disclosure agreement is established between you and ExornoGILT.
-During the assigned period an based on the terms of a non-competing clause, our local representative does not promote any competitor’s product to your local prospects.
- We can handle all your local prospect inquiries in any of our local languages including French, Dutch, English and Spanish.
- We can handle your local on-site meetings and presentations. Based on agreed reporting mechanisms and shared tools we keep you up to date about any sales cycle or progress with the local prospects.

- We provide local phone support to your prospect inquiries for an agreed weekly time period.
- Our local representatives can represent your services and/or products for a 5 days/week, 4 days/week, 3 days/weeks, 2 days/week or 1 day/week periods.
Prerequisites and Conditions
- The scope of a sales activity is limited to the terms agreed of a contractual agreement.- A preliminary training is provided by the supplier to the local representative agreed between ExornoGILT and the supplier.
- All agreed travel, accommodation and pocket expenses are covered by the supplier.
- Based of the terms of a contractual agreement, all source materials, products, prospects, leads and closed sales remain ownership of the supplier.
